Task Manager Terms of Service

These terms apply to the personal Task Manager application and its optional read-only Gmail capture integration. By authorizing the integration, you permit it to access the configured Gmail account for the limited purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal use

Task Manager is provided for the authorized user's personal task-management use. You are responsible for controlling access to your Task Manager, Google, Google Cloud, Supabase, and hosting accounts and for ensuring that messages sent to the capture alias are appropriate for private intake processing.

Gmail authorization

The integration requests only the Gmail read-only OAuth scope. It watches mailbox history and reads messages carrying the configured capture label. It does not send or modify Gmail messages. You may revoke authorization at any time through your Google Account's third-party connection settings. Revocation stops future authorized Gmail API access but does not automatically delete previously stored intake records; deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The application is provided as available and may experience interruptions caused by network, hosting, Google, Pub/Sub, Supabase, browser, or device conditions. Features or these terms may change as the personal application is maintained. Material changes affecting Google data use will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Task Manager to violate law, another person's rights, or the terms governing connected services. Do not attempt to bypass the application's authentication, authorization, or data-isolation controls.
